Please keep them coming. I tried it in adobe reader X and she is attempting to use Foxit Reader. I attempted to highlight some text and save it and that did not work. She is just using the stamp function to put a check mark next to each shipping order she verifies.
Any other tools in mind that might work? When this error occurs, are there any other PDF readers operating? Use taskmgr to check and see if there is more than one occurrence of any of the PDF readers running. If so, kill them all. How long is the file path, including the file name? Is it too long that it is preventing her or you from saving the file? This specific user is using Foxit Reader.
It offers more editing options than Adobe Reader. I downloaded and installed Adobe Reader With Foxit she still has to Save As but she is moving them from a Production share where they are originally saved to an Accounting share where they will be stored forever so she said it's actually not a problem anymore.

I hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble you had. Uncheck the box for "Show online storage when saving files". Click "OK" at the bottom to save the settings.
