In skookum again expanded the use of maximo, a sophisticated work order driven computer maintenance management software system, by investing in the technology to integrate maximo into hand held mobile devices that were placed in the hands of skookum facilities maintenance employees. Skookum's investment in maximo increased the efficiency and effectiveness of the facilities maintenance business line and allowed skookum to deliver even better customer service.
