Also, as Randal already suggested you have to bind your orchestration receive port to the physical receive port from BizTalk Administration console which creates the subscription from messagebox.

If you haven't done this your message is still in the messagebox and nobody has subscribed this. Similarly your physical send port will be bind to orchestration send port which creates the subscription.

If yes, you can debug the orchestration so that you can find where the failure is happening. What are the filter expression you use in both orchestrations?

Also what type of binding do you use for the send ports? Are you using 'specify later' or 'direct port binding'? In order to help you better please post the subscriptions for both orchestrations and both send ports? The first thing to do would be to use the BizTalk administration console to look up the subscription for the send ports you created.

Probably the subscription is different from what you expect it to be. It is also not clear to me how the orchestrations fit in your scenario. When are the orchestrations triggered? Are the send ports bound to the orchestrations? If that is the case the subscription is not just the filter you added. Anyway again you will find out when viewing the subscriptions in the BizTAlk admin console.
